DISCLAIMER: We do not guarantee that all the items available at the www.WAXSTEEL.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. PAYMENT AND PRICES: We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).

Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges. WAXSTEEL does not keep its customers' payment card details.

SHIPPING: Unfortunately, we only ship within the USA. For any questions please contact us at info@WAXSTEEL.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: During 5 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to info@WAXSTEEL.com. For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery. Returns can only be made as described in WAXSTEEL Online Store’s instructions. If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase from www.WAXSTEEL.com, the purchaser is responsible for returning the item within the return policy time frame.

VIOLATION OF RULES: WAXSTEEL reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE: In case of Force Majeure, WAXSTEEL’s obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and WAXSTEEL can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by WAXSTEEL. A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. WAXSTEEL will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

GOVERNING LAW: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State and you agree that the USA courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in USA and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
